These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Chicago Westside Motors Service Orders mobile application (“Service Orders” or the “application”). By accessing the application, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable company policies.

1. Authorized business use

Service Orders is provided for authorized business purposes. Access is limited to users approved by Chicago Westside Motors. You may not use the application for unlawful, personal, misleading, or unauthorized activities.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Do not share an account or attempt to access functions, records, or accounts for which you are not authorized. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

3. Accurate and appropriate information

Users must enter accurate service-order information and use comments professionally. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, malicious, or unrelated to legitimate service work.

4. Customer and company information

Information available through the application may be confidential. Users must handle customer, vehicle, employee, and company information only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the application. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, connectivity, security, or third-party services may affect availability.

6. Ownership

The application, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Chicago Westside Motors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

7. Suspension and termination

Chicago Westside Motors may suspend or terminate access when a user no longer requires access, violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or when access is otherwise no longer authorized.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” for internal operational support. Chicago Westside Motors is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, inaccurate information entered by users, device failure, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Information is handled as described in the Service Orders Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the application or applicable requirements change. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
