Account Deletion

This page explains how an authorized Service Orders user can request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
How to request deletion
- Email Chicago Westside Motors using the button below. Send the request from an email address that can be used to verify your identity.
- Include your full name, Service Orders username, and the words “Delete my Service Orders account.”
- We may contact you or an authorized manager to verify the request and protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
If the button does not open an email application, write to chicagowestsidemotors@gmail.com.
What will be deleted
After verification and approval, we will delete or de-identify account information that is no longer needed, such as the user profile, authentication access, and device notification token.
What may be retained
Service-order records, status history, and work-related comments may be retained when reasonably necessary for customer service, vehicle service history, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. When appropriate, retained records may be de-identified or access to them may be restricted.
Processing time
We aim to review verified requests within 30 days. If additional time is required because of legal, security, or record-retention obligations, we will explain the reason when practicable.
